*Highlight: Franck Biancheri Award* *AEGEE-Budapest*, in cooperation
with *Europe
on Track* and *Civic Education Working Group*, is the winner of the *Franck
Biancheri Award 2017*. The conference will take place in April in Budapest
and it will be also the opening of the 4th edition of the Europe on Track
project. We will talk about civic education in the context of European
democratization, the European Citizens' Initiative, future of Europe and
beginnings of our organisation.

*Franck Biancheri Award* is the yearly Award given by The Association des
Amis de Franck Biancher

(Friends of Franck Biancheri Association – AAFB). AAFB is an association
created in the aftermath of Franck Biancheri’s death which aims at
gathering, synthesizing, promoting, perpetuating and defending his
work. Franck Biancheri is the founder of AEGEE.

The *10th of December is the International Human Rights Day*. Do you want
