Saturday the 4th: European Night
If there are enough tickets available this is also available for
non-participants.
Sunday the 5th : Liberation Day
Available for everyone!

In the scheme above you can see how you can enjoy yourself after the
plenary-sessions.
Friday night we’ll start around nine with a party in two small streets that
are the centre of student nightlife in Amsterdam: Voetboogstraat and
Handboogstraat, together known as De Steeg. The cafes d’Oude Herbergh,
Maarten, De Havelaar and Nota Bene will give a reduction on their
beer-prices if you show them your hospital-bracelet. You will also be
welcome in café/coffee shop De Dampkring, one of the cosiest of Amsterdam.
Later in the evening there will be the possibility to dance in some of
these pubs.
Saturday is the day of the European Night. With almost 1000 visitors it
will be the biggest party AEGEE-Amsterdam has seen for years. So, be early
if you don’t want to miss anything. We start around nine in the Atrium
(Oudezijds Achterburgwal 237). Between 2 and 3 o’clock busses will bring
you back to the gym. All Friday and Saturday we will be selling tickets for
the European Night for 3 € (including cloak-room and bus) at the
information-desk.
In the Netherlands the 5th of May is the day we celebrate the liberation
from the Germans. All day long there will be special activities in the
city-centre like free concerts and cabaret. So, if you don’t need to go
home right away, go into the city and join the party!

We hope you will all have an unforgettable time here in Amsterdam!
