Dear AEGEE locals,


Next term, the Summer University Co-ordination Team intends to organize
Summer University Project School. Now we seek for the local which is
willing to organize the next SUPS!!

SO here we are to present you an OPEN-CALL for the event which we would
like to organise in order to provide AEGEE members with the relevant
abilities for the organisation of a successful Summer University. As the
content will be provided by the SUCT and the SUPS managers, the organising
local is responsible for providing the logistics like rooms, lodging,
meals and of course for the social program. We are looking for an Antenna
to provide the logistic part: the period still has to be decided, and it
will be done in agreement with the organising Antenna.

The SU Project has come to its 18th edition: it is still one of the most
enthusiastic parts of our AEGEE life, and the SUCT thinks that now it's
the time to educate in the proper way the AEGEE members on how to organise
a proper SU.

Please include in your application following information:

1. A motivation letter why you want to organise the event (maybe attaching
pictures:)
2. Information about the local (e.g. number of active members, experience
with organising events, participation and organising SUs, etc.)
3. Information about the facilities (i.e. lodging, meals, number of
participants expected,  workshop rooms, computer and copy facilities etc.)
4. A short overview of travel possibilities to the location and visa
requirements
