Hi dear Rainbowists,
every months the NetCommies send their Reports, but the the first month
after an Agora is different because we are going to send our:
WORKING PLAN, valid for the Rainbow Region, untill the next Agora in May 2002.
The Rainbow is one of the biggest Region and it has:
25 Antennae (regular Locals), 4 Contact Antennae (new Locals), 5 Contacts
(people intrested in create a Local)

As in my candidature I said the key sentence for me is: "make the Locals
feeling part of the Network", to do this and to improve the general quality
my tools will be:

-Promotion of Internal Education Events participation, and organization
-Promotion of High Profile Events
-Regional Meetings
-NetCom trips

-Promotion of Internal Education Event participation, and organization:
the ES I by AEGEE Roma is the first step, after it I'm promoting for having
a FRES in Southern Italy (Napoli). IE is very important because in my
Region there's a lack of applicants for such Events.

-Promotion of High Profile Events:
these Events can help a lot a Local to work together with the closest
Antennae and also AEGEE Europe, as Project Teams or Working Groups. In ths
way I'm supporting the organization of the PM 2002 in Cagliari, and all the
European wide Project Events.

-Regional Meetings:
I'm planning 2 RMs, in January and May. The first one will be in the North
Western part of the Region (Udine? Rjieka?), and a second one in Southern
part (Palermo?).

-NetCom trips:
a new conception of NetCom trip is started, the one I made only few days
ago couldn't be like I wanted for the too short time, but in the future the
NetCom trip will be like an itinerant European School for train and
motivate people.

Beside this general Woking Plan there more specific ones:

1)Plan for existing Contacts (to bring them to sign at the next Agora,
otherwise there's no reason to keep them alive)
2)Plan for new Contacts
3)Plan for Locals in troubles (I'll continue to help all of them, but if I
won't receive positive answers I think I'll propose to delete them)
4)Plan for Southern Italy and Malta (a priority area, it's not easy to
travel from there because of the travel costs)
5)Plan for Bosnia Herzegovina (all the actions for bringing AEGEE active
there are failed, it'll be possible do to something only with real
trustable people)
6)Plan for helping the Visa delivery (continue to help the Project "a Visa
for AEGEE" and the collaboratin with the Visa Freedom Fighters WG)

TO DO ALL OF THIS I NEED THE FUNDAMENTAL HELP OF MY GREAT SUBCOMMISSIONES
AND FRIENDS: SILVA PETROVIC, FABRIZIO FANTINI, LUCA FALCONE, MICHELE
FOFFANO, NICOLA REGA, DAVIDE MATRANGA, THANKS ONCE MORE GUYS!

I'm sorry for the long mail...., thanks to the brave ones that could read
me till here!!!!

Bye bye.
