Through this conference, AEGEE Cosenza and the Human Rights Working Group
aim at bringing together young people from all over Europe to discuss a
matter which is considered very important.
Together, it is possible to make changes and to make others aware of the
situation concerning human rights in Eastern Europe.
The Conference will also involve professors from the University of Calabria,
Through the analysis of each professor in his own field, the objective is to
see where Eastern Europe stands within the defence of human rights.
Questions and issues which may arise can be the following:
Is there any defence?  How can the European Parliament intervene? What are
the treaties? Etc.
