Before everything else I wanted to let you now that as a new Subcommie, but also as your friend:), I'm here for any help you might need! I'll do my best, what ever i CAN do:) I just couldn't resist the oportunity to work with our greatest, beloved, dearest Davide:)
Besides from helping "my" antennae, as a PRWG member, I would also like antennae that think they have any questions about PR to contact me. I'm not a "PR god" with all the answers, but maybe together we can think of something!
And for now, WHAT DO I HAVE TO OFFER YOU?! Well, here are some news from PR working group. Maybe you'd like to join us?!:)

1. How many of you are aware of PRWG and what we do?
PRWG has been formed with the intention of helping exchange of PR experince among antennae and generations in AEGEE. Unfortunately, many locals don't take advantage of this help! ARE YOU SUBSCRIBED TO PRWG-L??
If not, YOU SHOULD!
PRWG-l is a list for all PR responsibles in the network (and also other PR interested people). There you can exchange your ideas, experiences, ask questions...
You have a problem with getting new members? Maybe a Polish local had an interesting campaign for new members that they can tell you about!
You don't know how to motivate your members? Maybe a Dutch antenna knows the answer! :))

2. I present you the most famous 6 working groups ever!:
Local PRs, PR trainings, Newsbulletins, Logo for PRWG&slogans for AEGEE, Web sites and Next PRES. Here is a short description of each:
1. Local PRs
This group will do (is doing) a research of the network, about how each local is doing PR, trying to see what are the problems, but also what are good things that can be shared with other antennae.
It already has a mailing list, and has made a questionarry that will now be sent to antennae. Afterwards, we will do an analysis of results.
WE NEED YOU to help us in contacting antennae. We are dividing antennae among ourselves, so if you have good contact with PR responsible somewhere, your personal approach would probably be more effective. You could also help with analysis of results in the end. JOIN US!

2. PR trainings
This group should try to organize as many small PR trainings in different antennae. One or two PRES per year are not enough. We should encourage and help antennae to organize small training for their own antennae or together with several antennae close by. WE NEED YOU to help in contacting, encouraging and helping these antennae, creating the programme for these trainings and even going there to help them. JOIN US!

3. Newsbulletin
This group is trying to connect newsbulletin editors within the network, and form a "pool" of articles which could then be used by each editor. This way publishing a newsbulletin would be so much easier! WE NEED YOU to find and contact these editors, maybe form a mailing list for them, make them send us articles:), maintain this article pool and promote it! JOIN US!

4.Logo for PRWG and slogans for AEGEE
This group should come up with a logo for PRWG - finally!:) And also some new slogans for AEGEE. WE NEED YOU to be creative and send us your ideas! JOIN US!

5.Web sites
This group is checking out web sites of different antennae, encouraging and giving positive critisism. WE NEED YOU to help antennae with advices about their web sites, what they did great and what they can do better. JOIN US!

6. next PRES
This group is Stefano who needs YOUR HELP with organizing next PRES:). Of course, we are all here to help him, but WE NEED YOU to help with all the dirty work (just kidding!:)) and promoting the event. JOIN US!

3. PR e-zine!
Our new born baby! PRWG is starting an e-magazine. This magazine will write about PR in general, AEGEE PR, give examples of local PRs, do interviews with PR responsibles and much more! We are still working on a concept , and NAME for it! So if you have any ideas and/or would like to work with the great e-zine team - JOIN US!
