Apply for the PM till ++ 20th August ++ using the application form on

(note it's needed the export password...)
The organisation will accept only applications of your antenna together,
(individual applications will be considered).
- from Antennae: 2 delegates per antenna and visitors according to their
motivation letters and board recommendations.
- from Contact Antennae (AEGEE-Pisa, AEGEE-Catanzaro): 2 persons (called
'envoys') and visitors according to motivation letters (intendo quelli verdi
venuti dallo spazio..)
- from Contacts 2 observers
Those who sent their applications already are kindly asked to send it again
via the webpage, because of the missing data.

participate in the conference the day before the PM, (7-8.09) 'Managing the
New Eastern Border' (Borderless Europe project) ]
I remember that even if your Antenna cannot send anybody to the PM, you can
appoint a delegate from another Antenna to state your ideas during plenary
discussions and workshops, hand in documents (if you didn't do it already in
the last Agora!)

FEES for lodging, 2 meals per day (breakfast + dinner), coffee,
social programmes and participation at the pre-conference.
1. EU Countries
Delegates 5500 HUF (21 Euro)
Observers/Envoys 6500 HUF (25 Euro)
Visitors 8000 HUF (30 Euro)
2. Non-EU Countries
Delegates 4500 HUF (17 Euro)
Observers/Envoys 5500 HUF (21 Euro)
Visitors 7000 HUF (27 Euro)
You will be asked to pay the fee in Hungarian Forints. (1 Euro = 260 HUF)

The conference and the PM will take place in the University Building of the
Medical University right next to the Szeged's famous symbolic Dom church.
Social programmes will include partys in Szeged's best university clubs,
pub-crawling and a fabolous European Night in a spectacular location
beginning with traditional Hungarian meal, folk music, drinks
and then of course continuing in true AEGEE style.
Post-event will be organized by AEGEE-Alba Iulia, more info will be
available especially on AGORA-L

btw pulmann (Eurolines) ci mettono prima dei treni, e cioe' una notte, alle
9.45 siete a Budapest, da cui ripartire per Szeged (2 ore e mezza)
Ci sono partenze da:
Venezia-Lignano (137.000 lire A/R), Rimini/Riccione (150.000),
Brescia/Verona (175.000),Milano (194.000), Torino (225.000)
So che alcune persone sarebbero disposte persino ad andarci in autostop da
Firenze !!
