OK, one more mail about Agora and then I promise not to send you email about applications for some time (only if something changes again :-)

Once again: TODAY AT MIDNIGHT APPLICATION PROCEDURE FOR AGORA CLOSES!

Here are some remarks from organizers:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
* Application closes at midnight tonight (March 19).
* Applications which have not been validated via the Export password will
not be accepted.
* The maximum of participants is set on 600 (sorry, we did our best to
raise this figure, but Amsterdam is the city of small buildings)
* Sending Applications by E-mail has no use: they will be deleted.
* If you have not put in an application before midnight tonight: there is
no possibility anymore.
* Since we have already got more applications than places; visitors will be
selected at random and will be notified by E-mail.
Ofcourse all the Delegates can join.
* Participating in the Spring Agora without an validated application is not
possible.

We are sorry for being so strict, but we have no choice because we have
limited places in both sleepinghalls as in conference rooms.
