Hi dear friends of the Rainbow Region,
I must say that probably I made a big mistake in my previous mail: I forgot
that AEGEE is a subjective conception...., in my mind (I agree with Nicola)
AEGEE is an European Association with many branches, not a Local
Association that is used to be proud of its garden.
I'm happy if an Antenna organize something nice, as I'm unhappy if an
Antenna is becoming weaker. On this way being a SubCommissioner is getting
an higher point of view and trying to coordinate the work between the near
Locals.
I don't think AEGEE is a competition between Locals, for being more
seenable, for attract participants, and I'm afraid but this is the case of
the all Southern Italy.

Some reasons for the existence of the Network Commission and for having
people as SubCommissioners:
-This summer AEGEE Treviso and AEGEE Venezia won't organize the SU, why?
Simply because we have problems, yes problems, AEGEE Venezia before the SU
applications campaign had just 10 members!
SOLUTION: the PRWG in collaboration with the NetCom will orgnize a PR
training course focused on Venice and open to the near Locals (9th of July,
responsibles Silva from Zagreb and Stefano from Firenze).
-Gianmarco Tagliani (from Roma and the SUCT) and me are creating a Rainbow
web site, tool for all Locals, not a competition place but a dialogue place.
-Guido Cagnoni (from Ferrara) is giving informations to all Locals
interessted in the European Youth Programmes, many people, from different
Locals, already got important asnwers to their problems just mailing to him.
-Michele Foffano (from Treviso) is coordinating all visa information for
the Region, for incoming and outgoing people.
-Nicola (from Torino) together with Franco and Vanesa (Roma) are trying to
propose an agreement to Alitalia and Ferrovie dello Stato (Italian Railway)
-Luca Falcone (Napoli, as I sad the only one!) is coordinating with me the
Project "A Visa for AEGEE"
-The NetCom is supporting all Locals that planned to organize an official
Event, in particular the European School of Roma, nd in the past the Quo
Vadis in Udine.

-Plus of it 5 SubCommissioners have each one a MicroRegion with 4-6 Locals
in average to coordinate and help, I'm asking why the only one Micro Region
without a SubCommie is the one in the South?

That's all bye.
