Hi dears,
finally I've time to write my reply concerning the Amir Avdagic mail sent
on RAINBOW-L last week.
First of all I'd like to stress an important and clear thing: AEGEE
Sarajevo doesn't exist, simply because it doesn't fulfill all rules to
become an AEGEE Local.
SO NOBODY HAS THE RIGHTS TO WRITE AN E-MAIL IN THE NAME OF AEGEE SARAJEVO!

It exists only a Contact Sarajevo, that it's a step before, it's even not
an ASSOCIATION, it's a group of persons appointed by the CD after an
accurate procedure.

Registering AEGEE Sarajevo in Bosnia was illegal simply because AEGEE
doesn't exist there yet.

One month ago the CD according with the NetCom suggestion deleted the
previous Contact Sarajevo because of following reasons:
-registered the association before being recognized an AEGEE local (sign
the Convention d'Adhesion)
-failed to become AEGEE local witihin one year and half after its creation
-used the name of AEGEE unproperly towards sponsors and institutions
-used the logo of AEGEE
-created and used a marker with the name AEGEE
So the past Contact Sarajevo acted as an AEGEE local without having any
rights to do it!
THE COORDINATOR OF THAT CONTACT WAS AMIR AVDAGIC.

Since AEGEE Europe didn't want to lose all the people interested in AEGEE
in Sarajevo a new Contact was appointed, and it concerns the following
people, included also in the new edition of the Address Book:
Isabella Eisenberg
Erna Brodlic
Amer Bajramovic
ONLY THESE PEOPLE CAN COORDINATE THE ACTIVITY OF THE CONTACT SARAJEVO!


P.S. this is the article in the AEGEE Europe Statute concerning Contacts:

Article 1: Contact
(1) 1A contact is one or more persons interested in the work of and for
AEGEE-Europe and willing to set up an Antenna. 2They keep contact with the
Comité Directeur of AEGEE-Europe and appointed persons. 3A contact is not
allowed to call itself AEGEE "local". 4A contact has to be accepted by
Comité Directeur decision.
(2) If the contact does not sign the Convention d'Adhésion at the third
Agora following its creation, it should be deleted by a Comité Directeur
decision.
