Ciao Nicola, hey all.. i completely agree on you because it seems that we have a
similar concept to improve our association.. according to it i show you a part of
my work in the task force ( another part was succesfully used by Cagliari, other
italian antennas and Bobigosa to insert the internal education course in the Su's
program) that speaks generally of all kind of events and was written trying to
find more capable members of Aegee but it can be used also for the Su's.

How to attract members
We have to attract as many members as possible, we have to propose a lot of
opportunities to have more choices to create enthusiasm in young students. This
can be done by the following means:
Promotion of events to the outside by organising high quality AEGEE-events; one of
the best options that locals can use is to be able to organise as frequently as
possible events full of quality and fun. [Perhaps I better explain what I mean
with the word quality: in few words an event is well organised when you give to
participants the best that you can, a good lodging first of all, then a
interesting program, a multicultural and international attendance of the event,
the presence of the staff which is one of the most important things, enough food,
amusing parties and a good social program.]
