the Regional Meeting in Kranjska Gora took place the Report is ready!
Regional Meeting of RAINBOW Region, Kranjska Gora 22-24 February 2002, REPORT:

1. ATTENDANCE LIST:
- There were more than 70 participants from the following Antennae:
Barcelona, Bologna, Brescia, Budapest, Ferrara, Ljubljana, Milano, Pavia,
Rijeka, Torino, Treviso, Trieste, Udine, Venezia, Zagreb.
2. INTERNAL EDUCATION PART:
-Lecture on AEGEE Structure, by Davide Calenda.
-Lecture on Projects Presentation, by Barbara Bolta & Davide Calenda.
-Letcure on Presentation techniques, by Chiara Benetazzo & Nicola Rega.
-Case: make a PR section for the Global Employee Project, tutoring by
Nicola, Chiara, Sasha, evaluation by Barbara, Silva , Davide.
-The case results were great, all teams created flyers, posters, mails,
presentations, etc... very originals (GE Team, are you intersted about?)
3. AGORA SIMULATION:
A fake Agora was made, we discuss about deleting AEGEE Ljubljana (proposal
rejected by a strict majarity), a new local signed the Convention as AEGEE
Kranjska Gora, and several other matters.
4. REGIONAL DEBATE:
-a creation of a Regional t-shirt was announced (more next week)
-discussion concerning the renewal of AEGEE Bologna, the Rainbow NetCom
team agreed on help closely this local
-the first Fund Raising Campaign on regional level was announced, together
with its first tool, a new questionnaire.
5. FUTURE RAINBOW EVENTS PRESENTED AT THE RM:
*** AEGEE-Trento:
Trento challenging its first event! 15-17 march! The fun event of the year!
Everyone is invited to experience the night life of people from Trento…and
try to survive!
*** AEGEE-Napoli AEGEE-Salerno + NetCom:
FR course to know more & more on how to get money for a SU. Dealing with
the organization of a SU: tips and tricks to make it a success! 8-13 april!!!
Special feature: evaluation form of SU: more importance to results, level
of SU has to raise, risk to loose attraction.
*** AEGEE-Torino:
Conference supported by AEGEE-Europe within the frame of EURECA! Project.
Main topic: kind of communication course, trans-cultural understanding and
differences in communication between different cultures. Final Program
still to be defined but ready soon. Web site as well. Cool tips: located on
a wonderful island! Around end of April (25-29).
