How is it possible to have  Regional Meeting the same day of an Agora???

On the other way how is it possible to organize any Regional Meetings 1 or
2 days before an Agora, or during the same days than an European School in
our region Ljublana)?

Ivana where is the coordination? You are a Network Commissioner of a Region
you should coordinate all the events organized in this Region, on your
Monthly Report is written:
