Hi people!

Are you travelling to Ukraine?
Since the 1 of July you don't have to register anymore to the police
stations during your stay in the country as you have to do previously.
So be carefull at your back, if the cops ask you to pay a fee for the
registration in the cities visited don't pay them, it's only corroption.
Below you have the full text:

Foreigners entering Ukraine no longer to register with authorities
The Associated Press

KYIV, June 19 - Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma has abolished the
requirement that foreigners register with local authorities upon arrivalin
Ukraine, a Foreign Ministry official said Tuesday.

As of July 1, foreigners will be obliged only to register at border check
points and will be free to travel throughout Ukraine without further
registration, said Viktor Kiryk, head of the ministry's consular department.

Both changes are intended to increase freedom of movement in Ukraine,
which still has restrictive, Soviet-era laws on the books.

Have a nice trip!
