(Sunday) BORDERLESS EUROPE:
No one expressed interest, apart the representant from AEGEE-Budapest/Eger.
Anyway it was noticed that Italian region Friuli might be in favour of
financing this project.
Its particular position has also to be considered: four borders
(Italian,Austrian,Slovenian and Croatian) closed in a very small distance.

(Saturday) Education WG discussion (some parts)

AEGEE-Venezia would start within a stronger relationship with University for
supporting Erasmus students.
So we asked about AEGEE-Udine past experience on this matter.
Support consisted of:
-lodging facilities
-information delivery (before,at arrival, and during permanence)
- continous support three poeple only to incoming students, one delivering
infomation for outgoing.
First was volunteer then contract => 50.000 DM per year in total.
So the AEGEE members become fully employed people.

Finally we discussed on a proposal about mobility students' project.
There are a lot of students from Eastern Europe who want to go in
Western Europe, but there is no viceversa.
This is a great problem, also for economical
implication, because outcoming students are a cost for
the University, and so some Universities could be not
very interested in the development of the mobility project.
The idea proposed by Pierluigi (AEGEE-Udine) is to try to
understand why western students do not choose Eastern University and what
can we do to promote Eastern reality.A wokshop might be organised at agora
in Utrecht.

(Saturday) DEBATE
Mauro chaired the debate,it was about:
- fees for events
- kind of events

Some proposals came out after debate:
- having two fees for two categories of events:fun and official events
- put some requirements for regional meetings (maximum fee)

and some questions:
wich is the maximum fee for a ski week f.e. ?
is it right having two categories of events (fun and working) with two kinds
of fees ?
In the region are organised mainly fun events:
AEGEE is changing,is it right to be afraid of this ?

I asked about the next events organised:
AEGEE-Udine: Conference Balkan Action,SU, autumn Agora
AEGEE-Treviso partnership AEGEE-Venezia:
Carnival (50 partecipants and One European Night with 25
  partecipants of Balkan Action
... wich will be the best than ever :))))))
  TSU with AEGEE-Ferrara and Verona
  Maybe post Agora
AEGEE-Bologna: new board confirmed again after 5 years.
Again organising SU in Riccione in July.
AEGEE-Rijeka Carnival and SU with AEGEE-Zagreb and Split
AEGEE-Budapest 2 conferences on Kosovo in the end of March,
TSU,surely in the Borderless Europe project.
AEGEE-Torino Ski week (problem not many partecipants), and SU
AEGEE-Verona (maybe) a congress during 'Vinitaly' (wich is a famius
            wine festival)
           SU with AEGEE-Ferrara,Treviso,Venezia.
AEGEE-Istanbul conference about Socrates programme
contact Sarajevo there's the idea to cooperate with AEGEE-Skopje and
AEGEE-Beograd, but involving also other locals of the region,of
a 'new year' event in Sarajevo.
A mailing list has been established already and it will be discussed
at next PM.
AEGEE-Zagreb: event before Easter holidays (topic to decide),SU with
AEGEE-Rijeka and Split
AEGEE-Ljubljana:traditional rafting in May, SU with AEGEE-Maribor,
                European School in September

That's the end... big thanks to AEGEE-Ljubljana (great organisation as
usual),Mauro and who else
contributed to this meeting.
Next RM will be organised by AEGEE-Salerno the 24-26 of March.
