Socrates on the Move seminar:

BUILDING OF EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP

Date : 23 to 26 October 2000

Location : Segovia , a wonderful city close to Valladolid & Madrid worldwide
known for its roman aqueduct and citadel

Fee : 15 Euro with a nice motivation letter with your vision of European
Education and Citizenship
        30 Euro without motivation

Deadline : 30 September 2000  ( HURRY UP ...)

The seminar will deal with the building of European Citizenship through
Education. The program includes lectures, panel discussions, round tables
and workshops, so a common outcome will be possible.

Lecturers will be European Commission Officers, Jean Monnet Chairs,
University Professors in varied fields, Politicians and Civil
Society Representatives. Of course, there will be a selected social
programme in order to get to know the insights of deep Castille, including
visits to Castles, Wine Cellars from the region, and to observe one of
Spain's culturally richest regions.

There will be a wonderful POST EVENT organized by AEGEE Madrid from friday
27  to sunday 29 in Madrid , discovering the city and it's artistic heritage

And if you are coming earlier you can join the Regional Meeting in Oviedo
from friday 20 to sunday 22 organized by the new Antenna AEGEE Oviedo.
