RAINBOW REGION - JULY 2004 ACTIVITY REPORT


Hello dears,
Luca is enjoying his SU right now, so I'm sending the activity report for this month ;)

1. Regional meeting


The next RM will take place in Ljubljana, from 24th to 26th of September. The teams will start soon to promote this important event for our region, focussing especially on the new antennae, encouraging them to send as more delegates as possible.

2. Netcom meeting

The NM in the CD House was very fruitful- some subcommies joined Luca, in order to discuss about network-matters and projects with the other netcommies and of course our boss Silvia :)

3.Teams


Communication Team activity


-August is not the best period to promote events since most of us are on holidays and don't check emails regularly. Anyway the team is going to start a PR campaign for the ES 2 and the upcoming statutory events as well, since some application deadlines are soon..

-Furthermore the team is preparing the online-course about the structure of AEGEE, starting in September.

Support Team activity

- The team collected the reports about the locals and is working on a  strategy to support the weaker ones.
-Working on the homepage is going on, after the Netcom meeting where Marino had a fruitful discussion about the contents.

 Nursery Team activity

-support of Contact Siena, hopefully signing in Torino

-promotion of upcoming statutory events among the new locals


-support of Contact Lecce, going to cooperate at the TSU in Bari starting in few weeks

-strategy planning for saving locals in difficulties (Avellino, Macerata)

4. Missions

-The whole team will be busy with promoting and putting together the staff for the RM.

-Netcom trips to locals which need support and motivation coming soon!
