BALKAN ACTION!: Youth for Democracy
27 february 2000 - 6 march 2000
§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§§

The Event is organized by Aegee Udine in collaboration
with:
Education Working Group;
Human Rights Working Group;
International Politics Working Group.

During the first part (will take place in Udine) we'll
discuss about problems of students in different
countries of Europe; the second part (in Aviano),
focalized on the situation in the Balkans.
The goal of "Balkan Action!: Youth for Democracy" is
to encourage young people to take part in institutions
and university.
Actually, this idea was given by Aegee people living
in the Balkans, who wish to know other models of
university and youth policy in general.
We are managing, then, some workshops with students'
representatives of our University, with youth
associations settled here, whose aim is to propose,
discuss and criticize a model of youth partecipation
to public life.
