I'm here again to send you the:

Monthly Report September 2001 of the RAINBOW Region.

1- NetCom strategy for the 2001 and beginning 2002.
2- Contacts & new Locals.
3- Rainbow Region Events (and some hints).

1- NetCom strategy for the 2001 beginning 2002:
we'll continue all the actions done during last months by me and the
Rainbow SubCommies (Michele, Silva, Luca, Nicola, Fabrizio, Davide from
Palermo... thanks always guys!), beside this a new strategy will be start
thanks also to the questionnaire results. The NetCom will try to bring the
Internal Education to the Local's homes by increasing the NETCOM TRIP TOOL.
A new conception of it, not one person visiting some Locals, but a
travelling team of TRAINERS that stops in several places for giving
different TRAINING DAYS.
I call it the TRAVELLING EUROPEAN SCHOOL (it's not an official name, so I
hope the Academy will forgive me for stealing the copyright).
THREE ACTIONS:
-Central and Southern Italy from Firenze to hopefully Sicily.
-Slovenia, Croazia and Bosnia.
-Small NetCom trip between Milano, Bologna and near Locals.
All the dates planned will depend of my new job (from November), and the
possible Events on the way (like Regional Meetings, and Internal Education
Events).

2- Contacts & new Locals:
Contact Sarajevo will sign the Convention in Ankara, as well as probably
Messina (a former Contact realive and very active).
A new Contact was approved by the CD is Cosenza, a charming town of
Southern Italy.
I was approached by people from Zenica (Bosnia) and from the university of
Varese-Como (Italy) for creating 2 new Contacts in the Region.

3- Rainbow Region Events:
unfortunatly I didn't attend the PM in Valletta!
-19/21 October - Ten years celebration of AEGEE-Roma "AN ISLAND FOR AEGEE"
(in a beautiful island near Capri!)
-17/21 November - Severe Human Rights Violations Crimes Against Humanity
AEGEE-Torino & Human Rights WG (high profile and a trip to Geneva included!)
-09/16 European School I Roma Internal Education AEGEE-Roma & AEGEE-Academy
(a simulation of all AEGEE Local life)
-29/02 Dec/Jan - Get Ready to Fly! New Year's Eve AEGEE-Zagreb (I can
forget my 2000 celebration there!
