Dear members of our bellowed Rainbow region!

Agora is approaching fast, preparations from the organizers are in full run
and so should also your preparations be.

Here are some reminders about what you should think about before and during
the Agora.
About some things Chiara (also responsible for statutory meetings) will tell
you more in following days.

1. MONEY :-)
You have to pay for several things before or during Agora:
- membership fees and SU application fees: for more see Dominika's mail; you
can pay at the Agora or before by bank transfer; please don't forget about
that, because it can lead to downgrading of your antenna! Also be careful if
you have any unpaid fees for the past!
- AEGEE flyers and folders that you ordered until 15.04.2002 to Tomek (0,05
Euro per Flyer and 0,22 Euro per folder)
- Rainbow T-shirts that you ordered to Davide (5,5 Euro per T-shirt)

2. THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TO HAND TO AEGEE Europe
This things you have to hand in also if you don't go to Agora - it is all
possible to fill them in on internet
(http://www.karl.aegee.org/network.nsf/)
- financial report for year 2001
- activity report for time from last Agora to now
- list of members with CSN numbers (by e-mail through LAMA or on paper to
Agora)
- Questionnaire that Davide send: send it back to Davide until 22.4.2002!!!

3. ACCEPTED PARTICIPANTS TO AGORA
One last thing about accepted participants to Agora is that applicants were
accepted personally! They will not accept internal changes in the visitors
or delegates.
So, if some of your delegates/visitors can't go and somebody else would like
to go instead, don't just show up at Agora and demand the change.
The only possibility is to write to organizers before and ask for the
change. Write to [log in to unmask] (for Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia) or to
[log in to unmask] (for Italy, Malta) or to [log in to unmask]
You can check the list of accepted participants at:
http://www.aegee-amsterdam.nl/agora/approved.html

3. AGORA BOOKLET
All delegates and visitors should carefully read Agora booklet! In there is
almost all info about program, proposals, candidatures, reports etc.
This is very important for being able to follow the Agora program.
Chiara will tell you more about this, but you can also find fresh
information yourself if you join AGORA-L (mailing list for Agora matters -
very recommendable!)

4. PRESENTATIONS
If you plan to organize some event or action in future, it could be useful
if you prepare presentation for it at Agora! It can be only some leaflets,
posters, verbal presentation or PowerPoint presentation (for this see rules
in Chiara's last e-mail)!

5. PRE & POST EVENTS
- for PRE EVENT in Utrecht see: http://www.aegee.studver.uu.nl/quovadis/
(Quo Vadis Europe - Final conference)
- for POST EVENT in Delft see: http://www.aegee-delft.nl/ (The bicycle
experience)

If you have any more questions about Agora matters, don't hesitate to send
e-mail to Chiara ([log in to unmask]) or me
([log in to unmask]).

Take care and see you soon in Amsterdam!

Tamara
