Hi dear Boards of the Rainbow Region,
if you are planning an Event please advise me, tell me when it'll be.
Many Events are already announced or planned all over Europe, even in 2002,
so it's a pity if 2 Events will be organized the same weekend in the same
Region, there will be only a negative concorrence between the organizer
Antennae.

My suggestion is: if you have an Event in your mind please let me know it
in advance as I can tell you when it'll be better to do it and even promote
it better, it's not important if you didn't announce it officially.
Everybody  can agree with me that organize an Event for 30 people and then
get only 20 participants it's a big pity, and also negative for your finances.
