the Agora in Constanta finished three days ago and still people wait
for a report that goes beyond "thank you" messages... So here you
get an overview on the results.

1. BASICS

Comite Directeur Activity Report: 86 percent in favour
Financial Report: 95 percent in favour.
Budget: 92.7 percent in favour.

2. CD ELECTION

- Treasurer: Dominika Wiora (Katowice): 84.6 percent
- Secretary: Anca Fanea (Cluj/Constanta): 72.3 percent
- CD members:
Carlos Miragall (Valencia): 86.5 percent
Pedro Panizo (Valladolid): 82.9 percent
Piotr Tylko-Tylczinski (Leiden): 66.2 percent
Diane-Ysabel Ducreaux (Paris): 25.7 percent (not elected).

The new CD looks as follows:

At the Agora in Constanta AEGEE-Europe got its ninth honorary member:
Markus Schönherr from AEGEE-Passau.

9. PROPOSALS

Strategy plan: 95.8 percent in favour.
Reform of NetCom: 86.0 percent in favour.
Yearplan 1 (Education): 76.3 percent
Yearplan 2 (Roots of Europe): 52.7 percent

Proposal to found a Democratic Politics WG (by Panagiotis Karras):
rejected with 76 percent of the votes.

Proposal to found a Dance Working Group (by AEGEE-Sibiu):
accepted by acclamation.
