Dear members of our bellowed Rainbow region!

Agora is approaching fast, preparations from the organizers are in full run
and so should also your preparations be.

Here are some reminders about what you should think about before and during
the Agora.


1. MONEY  - MEMBERSHIP FEES
You have to pay membership fee to AEGEE-Europe at every agora! Please don't
forget about
that, because it can lead to downgrading of your antenna!  Also be careful
if you have any unpaid fees for the past!
For more see email from Mark de Beer that was sent to BOARDINF-L (on 22.10.)
and you should get it if you are a board member (write me if you haven't
received it)!
You can pay at the Agora or before by bank transfer (obligatory for EU
countries).
Important: before 3rd of November you have to send Mark
([log in to unmask]) info about your local annual fee, how many members do
you have and if you want to pay for a year or half a year > he will
calculate the amount you have to pay at the Agora!

2. THINGS THAT YOU HAVE TO HAND TO AEGEE Europe
This things you have to hand in also if you don't go to Agora - it is
necessary
to fill them in on internet (http://www.karl.aegee.org/network.nsf/ - or you
go to www.aegee.org > office> statutory meetings)
- financial report for year 2001 (if you haven't done this before Spring
Agora!)
- activity report for time from last Agora until now
- list of members with CSN numbers (by e-mail through LAMA)

3. ACCEPTED PARTICIPANTS TO AGORA
The list of accepted participants is available at:
http://www.ntua.gr/aegee/final_list.htm
Last-minute show-ups as well as non-show-ups are strongly discouraged.
Changes in this list shall be communicated to Athina
Headquarters -[[log in to unmask]]- well in advance. Only this way can
the password, which gives access to the hotels, be obtained.
For the VISAS write to:

 * [log in to unmask] for Montenegro

3. AGORA BOOKLET
All delegates and visitors should carefully read Agora booklet! In there is
almost all info about program, proposals, candidatures, reports etc.
This is very important for being able to follow the Agora program.
You will receive it by post in the following days.
you can also find fresh information yourself if you join AGORA-L (mailing
list for Agora matters -
very recommendable!)

4. PRESENTATIONS
If you plan to organize some event or action in future, it could be useful
if you prepare presentation for it at Agora! It can be only some leaflets,
posters, verbal presentation or PowerPoint presentation (for this see rules
in mail from Koen Berden at AGORA-L)!

5. PRE & POST EVENTS
