Amsterdam and 600 enthusiastic AEGEE members from all Europe is waiting for you!

The following procedure for application will take place:
Because of the fact AEGEE-Amsterdam can only take care of 600 people, access has been limited. Ofcourse there is room enough for the Delegates, envoys, etc. etc. But they can not accept all visitors. After closure of the application (17th of March!!), the number of places for visitors will be known and if the number of visitor-applications is higher organizing team will pick visitors at random until there is place for 600 people totally filled.

All applications have to be approved by your own board! Without this approval your application is not valid, even if you are an delegate. Also your board has to assign you a task: delegate or visitor.  If you are not assigned to a task, you will not be accepted!
