            One day I saw a little Faery who was watching the grey sky (made
even threatening by an horrible storm) when suddenly the storm disappeared
and the RAINBOW came. She started to smile, and sang:

Somewhere, over the Rainbow, / Skies are blue, / And the dreams that you
dare to dream / Really do come true.

In this particular moment we need such a peaceful atmosphere....I'm sure you
want to taste now the real Rainbow feeling...so come to RIJEKA, in Croatia,
from 28 to 30 March.

You will learn about PUBLIC RELATIONS and FUNDRAISING tecniques, you will
have the chance to spend a weekend with other people coming from your same
Region and share with them your experience, and of course you'll enjoy a
great SOCIAL PROGRAM.

The fee is 34 € (2 nights, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, Regional Meeting Program).
