AEGEE Bologna is here to offer you the opportunity to take part to our
small little one day event called "Train de Vin" , which will take place
the 24th of January!!!
Jump onto the train and discover together with AEGEE Bologna the wonderful
Colli Bolognesi (Bologna hills and countryside) with their historical
villages!
Come and taste the typical food and wine from our city's surrounding
vineyards!
Come and know AEGEE Bologna!

Saturday, the 24th of January, meeting point at 10:15/10:30 am in the main
hall of Bologna rail station.

+++ HOW TO PARTICIPATE ?
We have 45 places avalaible, first books, first comes !
If you want to participate, simply send an email to the address

THE DEADLINE IS FRIDAY THE 23rd OF JANUARY AT 13:00 (1 pm).
The fee is paid when the event starts.

+++ HOW MUCH DOES IT COST ?
The fee is 22 euro and it includes:
- journey by train to the station of Ponte Rocca
- guided tour of the traditional vineyard and wine distillery
- lunch with typical food and guided tasting of typical wine.
- guided tour to the historical village of Ponte Rocca
- return by train to Bologna
- Evening fun with AEGEE Bologna (for those who stay for the night
- two nights accomodation!

+++ WILL AEGEE BOLOGNA WILL GIVE US ACCOMODATION ?
Yes, those who want to take part to the event and need to come earlier
(friday evening 23rd of January) or need to spend in Bologna the night of
saturday (24th of Januray) will stay at Parrocchia S.Bartolomeo della
Beverara. iT is included in the fee.
PLEASE, IN CASE YOU NEED ACCOMODATION, REMEMBER TO BRING WITH  YOU:
- MATERASS
- SLEEPING BAGS
WE CANNOT PROVIDE YOU OF THIS STUFF.

Also pay attention to the fact that it is unfortunately almost not possible
to take shower in the place where you will stay as there is only one shower
available. We are VERY sorry for this inconvenience.
Secondly note that breakfast is not included in the fee.

Arrival of earlycoming participants
Lodging at Parrocchia della Beverara

**Saturday 24th of january**
Early morning: arrival of participants.
10:15/10:30 Meeting point am in the main hall of Bologna rail station.
11:15 The train Bologna-Ponte Rocca leaves
11:45 Arrival in Ponte Rocca
12:00 Arrival and visit to the vinyard and to the wine distillery and wine
shop + LUNCH WITH TYPICAL FOOD AND LOCAL WINE
Afternoon: Visit to the historical village of Ponte Rocca (hoping for a
good wheather)
17:15 Return to Bologna
17:43 Arrival in Bologna
Evening: departure of participants OR (for those who stay) pub crawling
with AEGEE Bologna
Night: Lodging at Parrocchia della Beverara

**Sunday 25th of january**
Morning: departure of last participants.
