AEGEE-Firenze and AEGEE-Pisa are proud to present: cReaTe your Crew - RTC in Granducato (March 17th-19th, 2017)

Have you recently joined the wonderful AEGEE family and you already fell in love with it?! Are you part of the board of your local or starting to think about getting more involved in the life of your Antenna?? Finally, do you want to party hard with an amazing group of AEGEEans in a huge house all for us in the breathtaking Tuscan countryside, not far from Florence????

If your answer is yes for at least one of these questions, you cannot miss the chance to be one of the awesome participants of the upcoming RTC organized by AEGEE-Firenze and AEGEE-Pisa. Start in the best way spring 2017 and have the time of your life!!!

During the Regional Training Course you’ll get deep into:

- What is AEGEE (for new members) / European bodies of AEGEE (for more experienced members)

- Managing a European event

- Group work and conflicts resolution

- Recruiting and freshmen motivation strategies

- Fundraising tips and tricks

- How to organize thematic activities

- How to manage the members and run a local

All the sessions will be held by motivated, expert and professional trainers.

Last but not least, a wonderful social program will put a strain on all the days, letting the AEGEE spirit spread in the air!!!

The event FEE is 40€ and includes:

- 3 meals per day

- Transportations to the countryside house

- Lodging in the countryside house (with real beds)

- Coffee breaks
