Hi

as you know the AEGEE Operators manual (OpM) has been renewed.
This is very useful !

There're some members who already proposed to make an Italian translation.
Will be useful for your local ? Would you cooperate ?

But what is all about ?
Better for you just to look the index below.

It's easy for secretaries to print a few small copies and distribute it to
board members; just some hints for wich the OpM will be helpful:
- make a presentation of AEGEE to new members (some locals do this at every
weekly meeting)
- organise a 'speedcourse' about aims of the Agora and Presidents Meeting to
partecipants from your Antenna
- plan yours PR and FR strategies for organising an event
- prepare a very essential local event for your board and interested members:
it's tradition in some antennae to organise a training event during a weekend
in some nice place once elected a new board, wich also contributes creating
the right working atmosphere, for getting to know each other, planning the
activities and also having fun together.
- inform yourself about the organisation that you represent

You can have the OpM from http://www.karl.aegee.org/aeg-home.nsf/HT/VO
or request it by email to [log in to unmask] (the command is: get OPM)

Hope to hear your replies,

Angela
