1. Nursery work: Mini-RM in Forlė + Taranto, Chieti, Siena and Nova
Gorica

Great work of Alberto Russo and Valentina Lucci in Forlė, where they
organized a Mini-RM devoted to introduce AEGEE with the participation of
a huge group of interested people from the lively new official Contact,
but even from AEGEE-Bologna, AEGEE-Roma, AEGEE-Venezia and
AEGEE-Ferrara. Contact Forlė is growing up incredibly fast, and really
strong. We will see!
In the meantime I'm in close communication with the new Contact
Gorizia-Nova Gorica, where we are trying to arrange a meeting (Sasha
Sirca will take care of dealing with them)and with new really interested
people in Chieti and even in Taranto and Siena (thanks to Antonio
Violante and Paolo Santoni for the support!).

2. NetCom Meeting in Zielona Gora

Everybody was there remembers how was tiring but even how was fruitful
the last NetCom Meeting in Zielona Gora, where we spent some wonderful
days altogether discussing about the general strategies but even the
specific problem of the Regions. For the "Rainbow" I was there and the
themes most connected with our Region were AEGEE in Bosnia, AEGEE in
France, the new Contacts, the improvement of the LTCs.

3. Support to the communication between AEGEE-Genova and AEGEE-Pavia

Some years ago AEGEE-Genova and AEGEE-Pavia organized a SU together.
Then, after that moment, the locals didn't co-operate more together.
After her NetCom Trip to Genova, Alice Traverso Bernini is trying to
revive the communication between the two locals in the direction of new
future co-operations.

4. Organization of the NetCom Trip to Croatia and Slovenia

In the last days of December, before to live for the NetCom Trip to
Slovenia and Croatia, I spent a long time planning it, and starting a
new communication with the boards of the "Rainbow" locals in the
Balkans. The relationships are great and I left for the trip with a
great enthusiasm and meetings with the boards already planned together
with each President.

5. SubCommies and supporters involved in the PRES in Napoli

A part me, fully involved in the local logistical organization of the
Public Relation European School in Napoli, there are even some
SubCommies involved in the training staff, and then already working hard
for it: they are Silvia Baita and Giselle Spiteri Miggiani. But just a
sight is enough: Amedeo Ferrara (PRES Manager), Davide Calenda and
Fabrizio Fantini are involved too, and look! They are all friendly
supporters of the Rainbow Team!

6. Contacts
Monthly overview of the Contacts of the Rainbow Region.

Avellino-Benevento: something is moving there, even if I didn't have any
contact with them in this last month. :-(

Banja Luka: the condition of Banja Luka is always going worse, but the
general situation of AEGEE in Bosnia was one of the themes of the NetCom
Meeting. :-((

Forlė: Great! As you could read, they are going always better! :-))

Gorizia-Nova Gorica: New local! They seem motivated and in general it
seems a really interesting new reality. :-)

Lecce: I didn't have any contact with them this month, but there's
always reason for being optimistic. A pity this short lack of
communication. :-(

Parma: No communication since the Agora. Maybe let's hope that in the
new year there will be some developments. :-((

That's all for now.
And let me tell you I'm glad to start again to deal with all of you in
this new 2004!

See you!

Luca
