                 a New idea of Internal Education is coming!! We would like
to tell you something about it.
    * Did u never have problems to get new members?
    * Did you try to convince them to go the European School but they were
to far or too expensive?
    * Did you try also to have an internal education at "Home" but nobody
care about you??
Ok, now we have the solution!!! The LTC is ready for you!! LOCAL TRAINING
COURSE!!

WHAT IT MEANS?
    * All the local can do it.
    * You will need to take care only about logistic things.
    * You will decide for how many days. Maybe only one!!!
    * The closest trainers will come in your city to give lectures.
    * All the Rainbow Team will take care about program and lectures.
What do you need??? Only one day and people who would like to enjoy in our
wonderful association!!!
