As it has been said by our Greek friends,
Europe's horizons have broadened today in Athens...
Nowadays, Europe is not only the 15 but it stretches north to the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, it also stretches central and eastern to the states of Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Slovenia but above all it moves south to the Mediterranean islands of Malta and Cyprus.
10 states, different priorities yet one common vision of the European House... something which to us, in AEGEE is no novelty. We have been sharing this European House in different projects throughout the years and it has become a success story, the same success story which we are all hopeful that it will crown the European edifice in itself and in the world.

Needless to say that particularly on this memorable day for all of us in Valletta, far too many adversities have been crushed down and the victories obtained on March 8 [date for the EU Membership Referendum] and on April 12 [date for the general election which re-confirmed the positive Referendum results] still shine through...

proud to have obtained the EU-Maltese Dual Citizenship,
                                                    the AEGEE-Valletta
