For the antennae ...

To the Agora don't forget to bring with you:
-the activity report II (period between May 99/October 99)=>all the antennae
                      I (period between October 98/April99)=>AEGEE-Bergamo,
                       AEGEE-Treviso,AEGEE-Maribor,AEGEE-Split,AEGEE-Palermo,
                       AEGEE-Genova,AEGEE-Verona.
-the membership fees (if you have already paid the 12,5% this year you still
have to pay the rest 12,5%for this Agora,in total must be paid the 25% every
year)
-list of members

One financial report should be handed in every year,usually for the spring
Agora,(if you still have to do it request the form to fill to
[log in to unmask] with the command GET Financial-Report,or GET Activity-
Report,...no subject!!)

-Are you planning any event/project ?Announce it in the plenary
and present it in a way as interesting as possible  !
(Apply before at the registration desk till friday at 13.00)

Regional Meeting at the agora (about 20 min) is planned on Sunday 7th
between lunch time(14.00) and workshops(15.15)

Pls remember there're 2 registration desks in Poznan:one of AEGEE-Poznan,
another one of AEGEE-Europe where you'll hand in documents and annual fees
and take the stickers.


You'll find there:
- the new issue of the News Bulletin
                         (also this year published by AEGEE-Warszawa)
- the renewed Operators Manual (funny guide for AEGEE active members)
- an addendum to the Address Book
