- PM applications can be submitted without providing a CSN (on purpose),
although it is strongly encouraged to do so. If a person does not enter
a CSN he is not able to view/ edit his application later on (which is
logic, because we  use the CSN as a password; no password = no access)

- the PM application does NOT send out e-mail confirmations like the
standard web application does that is used for both pre- and post PM
because we  DO display a confirmation messages on the web when the
applications has been completed.
Only exception: Visa request notification messages are sent to the
organizer since time is usually quite short here.
