I wrote here some infos about this president meeting that you can spread to all
your members,
( of course it's -not only for presidents- but also for new active members
even not in the board !!)
When you've checked it with your friends,
write me back if your antenna has even an idea to come ..... ok???????
Tell them how wonderful event it is, who was in Novi Sad and Adana can remember!
The next spring Presidents Meeting will take place 10-12.03 in Orhid (180 Km
from Skopje,on the lake,also one of the most beautiful places of Macedonia !!!)
while post PM is a travel event organised always by AEGEE-Skopje from 13 to 16
with music,folklore clothes, and churches..
The fee is 20 Euros for Delegates.
Accomodation will be in a hotel,(no need of sleeping bags).Also the plenary and
the workshops will be in the same hotel.
In Orhid there is an airport and Bus station, no Train station.
Organisers are trying to get discount with MALEV
(MALEV (Hungarian Airlines) have connections to Milano Malpensa and Roma
Fiumicino to Skopje)
Then buses will be organised from Skopje to Orhid.
The programme (including all the workshops,plenaries,parties,discussions,
meetings,European Night,etc)
will be ready soon, as soon the workshop applications deadline has passed.
You can apply with two partecipants (delegates) from each antenna, the others,
visitors and observers,
will be accepted if there are places left after the DEADLINE : - 15th of
february -
There're places for 400 people yeeee!!!!!!
About visas(I've just seen at
http://www.aegee.tue.nl/europe/visabooklet/findex.html but better if you
check ...) :
EU countries don't need visa (visto)
Slovenia and Croatia: no
Malta:need visa!
You can already make your applications to : [log in to unmask] ,better in a
group format for your whole local together,including
name,local,address,email,if you need visa,...
If you want to receive fresh informations (fees,possible discount for
flying tickets,programme,proposals to be discussed during the event...)
I would suggest those delegates to be subscribed to the mailing list :
