        "Balkan Strategy Meeting"  22th - 25th of August in Ljubljana
                     thank you AEGEE-Ljubljana!!

 Things we need to work on are for example:
 -evaluation of past activities and failures concerning the region
 -gaining an overview on current activities and relevant contacts existing so
  far
 -screening chances for support of EU, CoE, UNESCO and all kinds of foundations
 -discussion how to initiate projects of Working Groups and Locals
 -establishment of a concept including PR and FR strategies, suitable
 -web-based information resources and organisational arrangements necessary.

Sunday (22) will be arrival day - on wednesday we will leave. So we will
have two complete days for constructive work. Whoever wants to come or -
even better - would like to take part in preparations, please let me know!
We will also try to find financial support for travel expenses of people from
the region...
However,  right now  I cannot say if there is a realistic chance. If
anybody can help - you are welcome!!!
We need to make use of the time before the meeting for collecting
all kinds of information and
ideas.
