AEGEE-Napoli just posted the announce for their nice event "EURO-School"-
You may get confused....so many "schools" at the same time....what's the difference about them?
Hereby I would like to give you some information about the "EUROPEAN-SCHOOL" concept....

NO??!Then you missed something!
All Internal Education events are unique in their intense atmosphere, mixture of work and fun and motivating and positive outcomes.Many people active on the european level started with a ES, which changed their lives...

1 - What is a European School (ES)?
- a BIG Internal Education event organised by AEGEE-Europe in co-operation with a local
- an intensive one week training course with role-plays and simulation games
- a challenging and unforgettable experience, which will allow you to understand the very essence of AEGEE and of the european cooperation and integration....
- an event where participants are not passive witnesses but rather absolute protagonist!
2. Who should participate?
People who want to become play an active role in AEGEE, i.e.:
- (future) Antenna board members
- (future) organizers of local and international event of any kind (Summer Universities, congresses, ecc.)
- people who would like to become active on European level in AEGEE: WGs, commissions, CD....
(but what you learn during a Es will be very useful in any organization or work-place...)
3. What is offered?
- a unique combination of challenging work and crazy fun!
- intensive exchange of ideas, experience and knowledge
- You will meet great people and develop personal skills and knowledge that will make you richer (not only in AEGEE)
-You will learn how to: manage a project, run an antenna, organize great events, speak in front of an audience,express all your hidden creativity, cooperate with team-mates from different cultures, overcome conflicts and comunication problems, and much more....
4. ES structure
Trainers are: CD members and experienced and enthusiastic AEGEE oldies, selected and trained by the Academy, (the Internal Education working group).
Local staff will offer you lodging, all the meals, coffee breaks and outstanding social activities
Each day you will get interesting, useful and professional lectures about:
- human resources management, financial aspects of NGOs management, event organization
- PR, IT and many other topics.
Lectures will be followed by incredibly funny case-work sessions, reflecting real-life situations, during which the participants, divided into smaller teams ( "Antennae"), will put in practice what they just learned, becoming every day more self-confident....
