Dear AEGEE friends in the Rainbow Region, AEGEE-Oradea is hosting a high-class training event from 28th March until 3rd April - that's around Catholic Easter, called FOOLS SCHOOL! "Why that name "Fools School?", many people asked. That's because 1st April is during the event, so we thought it's a catchy name for this event. "Who is going to teach?" A superb staff: 1 Andrei Popescu (NetCom) 2 Betina Szkudlarek (Academy board, NetCom) 3 Gunnar Erth (ex CD, ex NetCom) 4 Horea Crisan (board Cluj) 5 Karina Häuslmeier (ex President AEGEE-Europe) 6 Oana Malatescu (ex President AEGEE-Europe) 7 Sena Latif (Academy board, NetCom) 8 Stefan Hauk (ex CD, ex NetCom, ex MemCom) 9 Susanna Ritala (President Helsinki, PM organiser) 10 Wanda Bryndas (ex PM organiser, EfD) 11 Zsuzsi Bukta (ex President Szeged and Gödöllö) "Is it like an ES?" Very similar! It is one week, like an ES, and the programme, as you see below, contains the classic construction of lectures on antenna and project management and an interactive simulation, a spectacular "case". The main difference in programme: the Fools School is putting a bigger stress on local antenna management, because that was highly requested by many people in the network! "Is it supported by the Academy?" Yes, it's part of the Spring Education campaign of the AEGEE-Academy, nearly all staff members are board members of the Academy or Academy trainers. It also enjoys support of several Network Commissioners. "Where is Oradea?" Right at the border of Hungary and Romania. But we won't stay there, but go to a beautiful mountain resort. You want to come? Below you find the application form!
