Dear AEGEEans! The PM in Magusa is moving closer, and there are still some free places available to participate in a great action planning meeting! Never been to such an event and curious to experience it yourself?! All you have to do then is to check your time schedule and to find out whether you'll have some spare time from September 12th to 14th. Yes?! Then apply for the PM at: http://www.aegee-magusa.org/PM-web/pm_index.htm And while doing this, don't forget that you should chose one of the ten workshops! Interested in Human Rights? Then have a closer look at this... I guarantee you won't regret your choice! :) HUMAN RIGHTS WORKING GROUP HAS BEEN WORKING SINCE LAST NOVEMBER ON THE ‘HR YEARPLAN’ PROJECT, SCHEDULED ALMOST ENTIRELY IN 2004. IT WAS DECIDED THAT THIS PROJECT WOULD BE IDEALLY ORGANIZED AS PART OF THE AEGEE YEARPLAN ON ‘EUROPEAN IDENTITY’. COMPONENT SCHEMES INCLUDE A 3-CONFERENCE CYCLE ON MIGRATION, ON WHICH WORK HAS ALREADY REACHED A GOOD LEVEL OF PROGRESS, AS WELL AS A EUROPEAN-WIDE ACTION WEEK AGAINST RACISM, THE IDEA OF WHICH WAS ALREADY GIVEN AN INTRODUCTORY MOOTING AT AGORA BUCURESTI, AND AN EAST-WEST EXCHANGE SCHEME, HUMAN-RIGHTS RELATED WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE EUROPEAN IDENTITY THEME. OTHER POINTS ARE ALSO BEING DISCUSSED. THE AIM OF HAVING A YEARPLAN WORKSHOP ON THE TOPIC IS TO BE ABLE TO PRESENT THE SCHEME DEVISED UP TILL NOW BY HUMAN RIGHTS WORKING GROUP FOR THE PROJECT TO AEGEE MEMBERS, IN ORDER TO COLLECT FEEDBACK, AS WELL AS OBTAIN GRASSROOTS INPUT FOR SHAPING THE PROJECT MORE DECISIVELY. WS LEADERS : ALISTAIR DE GAETANO, ANITA DUVNJAK So, see you in Magusa!
