: :: Seminar on Youth Issues and the EP Elections ::
The seminar organized by AEGEE-Europe in co-operation with JADE took place on the 25th of March at the venue of the Romanian Information Centre at the Romanian Embassy in Brussels. The discussion took place in two panels - one concerning the future of the EU education programmes and the second - youth entrepreneurship and employment in the European Union, especially after the enlargement. Among the invited guests and speakers were Mr. Pierre Marresee - the Director of the Youth Programme at the DG Education and Culture, Giacomo Filibeck - President of the European Youth Forum, Henrik Kröner - the Secretary General of the European Movement and Karsten Wenzlaff - a young German candidate for an MEP, AEGEE member. Moreover, the discussion was facilitated by the representatives of Brussels-based NGOs and students from the College of Europe in Brugge. The event turned out to be a great success.

: :: Planning Meeting in Wroclaw ::
On the 12-14th of March over 200 AEGEE delegates from all over Europe gathered in Wroclaw, Poland, in order to brainstorm and discuss the most crucial fields of action AEGEE is getting involved in during the coming months and to concretize and give impetus to the projects we are undertaking in the nearest future. The meeting was yet another important step for the development of our association, and was organized under the framework of the THINK EUROPE Planning Meeting format.

Moreover, in March three AEGEE Regional Meetings took place: Patra (Greece), Muenster (Germany) and Tartu (Estonia). Every "region" (arbitrary area that AEGEE is divided into for the sake of ensuring better and closer co-operation and information overflow) has its Regional Meeting twice a year, and this provides the opportunity to train new members, co-ordinate the activities, strategic development planning and establishing the co-operation between the local branches through stimulating the involvement in common projects.

; :: Internal Education in AEGEE in March ::

Internal education forms an important part of AEGEE activity and our human resources development. AEGEE holds nine various kinds of Internal Education events (called "European Schools"), focusing and tapping on different aspects of AEGEE activity and preparing our members to become actively involved both on local and European level. Organized in 1991, it has developed into a high quality training event; knowledge and skills possible to acquire during such a training build up the basis for the organization of our projects and events. In March two important Internal Education events took place - European School in Belgrade (Yugoslavia) and Media School in Nowy Sacz (Poland), organized by AEGEE-TV.

; :: European Students' Forum AEGEE in favour of the European Constitution ::

AEGEE-Europe expressed our hope that by the next European Council Summit (the 17-18 of June 2004) within the Irish Presidency, the EU leaders, as promised during the European Council Summit last weekend, would finally conclude the talks over the European Constitution and agree to a common form. AEGEE considers the Constitution to be an important step for the European Integration and also would like to see the implementation of the document as soon as possible.

: :: Human Rights and the European Identity conference in Iasi, Romania ::
The 21-28th of March 2004 was the time of the European Week Against Racism. During that time the European Students' Forum AEGEE actively took a position against racism by involving some AEGEE locals in action events. Human Rights, among a diversified range of goals and activities within the frame of the European Integration, constitute one of AEGEE's primary focal points of interest and action.
