RAINBOW REGION - OCTOBER 2004
ACTIVITY REPORT
Dear friends,
here we
are with the end. I mean the end of my experience in the NetCom.
It was a quite long
one and definitely a very passionate one. It will be first of all thanks to all
of you, dear friends of the Region and of the Commission.
But let's go with the
report.
- Contact Gorizia-Nova Gorica, Contact Lecce and Contact Siena are going to sign at this Agora. Thanks
even to the beloved JC, everything was in order, and now we will have three new
babies, three new Contact-Antennae with a lot of enthusiasm and already clear
ideas for the future.
- New Contacts were
already approved by the CD: Contact Alghero and
Contact Reggio Calabria are
the youngest creatures of our Region! I hope we will always support them with
all our energy! And a new one, Contact Cosenza, will
be created immediately after the Agora (where the current Contact-Antenna
AEGEE-Cosenza, inactive and dead from already a lot
of time, will be deleted in order to give the chance to create something new to
a very enthusiastic group of new people!).
- The Rainbow Team
supported the Address Book Coordination Team in the campaign for updating the
Address Book before it will be printed. All the locals got or will get in the
next hours, a sort of memorandum. Particular situations were faced.
- The online course
about AEGEE is a reality. The first two lessons were already sent (they are two
cos during the week-end of the Agora it won' be
possible to send any lesson, but usually it will be a weekly one)and the next are prepared. In the same time even the online
project presentations will start with the first one, probably at the beginning
of this week.
- Personally I already
started my knowledge transfer to my SubCommissioner,
in order to leave them ready to support my successor. And I discovered one time
again that they don’t need it. Anyway I’ll continue this work for
avoiding any problems, and I’ll do it later specifically with my
successor.
At the moment, dear
friends, that’s all. And for what concerns me, that’s all and
nothing else anymore!
