Silvia went to Maastricht
to attend the Youth &
Globalisation Conference "Youth on the Move:
Let's go Global!" In the other days she was
keeping up contacts with the European Movement regarding
the Funding congress of the North-South Mediterranean
dialogue and also with JCI Turkey for
the final preparations and signing next Saturday. In
the meantime she is waiting for more initiatives and
results regarding the Constitution from all of you.

Adam this week had a
meeting with the European Foundation
Centre with which cooperation may start,
especially in FR training and the use their library.
While Kamala was away for the Regional Meeting
in Turkey and checking facilities for the next AGORA
in Izmir, he had been checking the Headoffice account.
At the moment he is also approaching the
European College of Parma, (which has
been a partner of AEGEE-Europe already for 2 years), for
a new contract. And he was checking the evaluation
criteria for the Essay Competition 2005; big thanks
goes to Charlene and Sascha who will take care of
evaluating the essays from AEGEE's side. Finally
Adam would also like to invite you to participate in the
OECD Forum 2005 that will take place
on the 2nd and 3rd May 2005. 25 places are reserved
for AEGEE-members! For more information,

This week Iza was
in contact with the Academy Board as
board elections are going on now, and she dealt with the
ITWG about the next ITES arrangements
and the LINUX improvements for the HO. She was also
supporting promotion and invitations to the Birthday
Reception on the 15th of April and went to events in the
Czech Cultural Centre and to the debate
on Slovenia. She also managed the next Council of Europe
Training Course preselection and application.
Burcu attended the
UNESCO NGO consultation meeting for
Higher Education in Paris and attended a workshop on
Higher Education and the role of globalisation. There
she met some good contacts especially for EfD, Euro
Islam and CST Migration- Spain, France,
Morocco.
Virag then was sending the
final OneEurope Magazine to the
printing house and making final arrangements with the
team. She also had a fruitful and productive meeting
with Young Photographers United, and
café babel and they will be signing a
partnership contract very soon. She also had a meeting
with Euractiv regarding the contract fulfilment showing
the Summer University booklet to them and proving the
achievement done. At the moment she is also establishing
partnerships with: Journal Europa and
Animafac in order to make AEGEE more visible in
France. Constantly coordinating and running the
AEGEE20 Reception, she was on the look
out for catering and sending and collecting confirmation
of invitations. On Monday she left for Delft with the
SU Mail Envelopes accompanied by the
driver Sascha! Thank
you AEGEE-Delft! She would also
like the Network to contribute in
translating the website of AEGEE in
case they would like to have the version in
your mother tongue (the French translation is under
process), but there is another thing she would like
to ask from you: If you have any local bulletin
(new-old doesn't matter), poster, old SU booklets and if
you don't need them, please send it to the Headoffice
or bring to the Reception on Friday or to the Agora.
She is working on the AEGEE library, which can
function also as a small AEGEE museum,
but she needs your help a lot.
At the
moment Kamala and Leon
are in Turkey at the Balkania RM in
Canakkale, Jovica is in Skopje because
of his exams. They will be back soon.
