here comes some info about the ACTIVITY PLAN you are supposed to submit by 15th of november (or better even before).

It is very important to submit it, the General Subvention by the European Commission depends from this- and with this, THE FUTURE OF AEGEE.

 

Now, this Activity Plan is NOT the Activity Report you are used to fill in online (that one has to be submitted in february, most probably) but it is the excel file Kasia sent to you. You can also find it in the attachment.

 

There are 2 possibilities:

1) If your local submitted an activity plan for 2005 (to Burcu), you have to confirm it or modify it if there were changes. (those plans were sent to your local so that you can see what you submitted. If not, ask Kasia for it)

PLUS fill in the excel file with your plans for 2006.

 

2)If you didn't submit any activity plan last year (because you are a new local/ you didn't plan any activities), you JUST have to fill in your plans for 2006.

 

HOW? If you are not sure how to fill it in, you can request a model-form where you can see more or less which kind of activities to put under which category.

In a couple of days Kasia will send me the list with locals that already sent it and which not - those ones will be contacted by the Rainbow team.
