Today I attanded a meeting organised by the European Youth Forum and the = European Commission where we discussed the YOUTH IN ACTION Programme, = which will follow the current YOUTH Programme, under the new EU = budget-line (2007-2013). Some of the propositions by the Commission are really new, and some of = the changes very radical and will definitely influence many of AEGEE = activities planned as future YOUTH IN ACTION projects.=20 Since the proposal of the Programme itself is still in the drafting = stage, AEGEE has a chance to express its opinion and propose better = solutions to particular issues. Therefore I invite everybody who feels = an interest in the YOUTH IN ACTION Programme to take part in the CONSULTATION PROCESS on the YOUTH IN ACTION Progrmme of the European = Commission We will discuss internally (as AEGEE Members) about issues important for = us and then pass our comments to be presented further on to the = Commission. We are one of a very few International NGOs present in the = process of shaping the programme, so I hope we can push forward many of = our ideas. Since not everybody has to be interested in the topic, the discussion = and the whole consultation process will take place on the = YOUTHMULTIPLIERS mailing list. Everybody is welcome to join and = contribute in the discussion! In case of problems with subscribing, = please let me know ([log in to unmask])=20 We will work step by step on different Actions of the new programme and = also on the content of the USERS GUIDE for the new programme. First part = of YOUTH IN ACTION Programme proposal will be sent to the list tomorrow = evening, so don't be late :-) I Hope to again see AEGEE raising its voice on the issues important for = us!!! And you can be sure that you will find in the proposal many things = that should still be improved... but this you can check yourself = tomorrow evening on the YOUTHMULTIPLIERS-L... see you there!!!=20 warm greetings kasia ------------------------------------------------------------------- Katarzyna Pilaczyk Director for European Institutions AEGEE-Europe [log in to unmask] =20 rue Nestor de Tiere, 15 B-1030 Bruxelles =20 Tel: +32-2-215 4735 Fax: +32-2-245 6260 =20 http://www.aegee.org =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D Site AEGEE-Europe: http://www.aegee.org Archives + Subscribe: http://lists.aegee.org/aegee-l.html Netiquette http://www.fau.edu/netiquette/net/ To unsubscribe send 'unsubscribe AEGEE-L' to [log in to unmask] =3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D=3D RAINBOW-L is a regional discussion list of AEGEE.
