In the ever-growing explosion of AEGEE pre-holiday and holiday events, you can easily get disoriented and ask yourself: Wow, which one is right for me? Even their programs are often similar so you might wonder, does it even matter which one I choose. Well, don't give up or go random yet!

Advent in Zagreb is a special time of year for its citizens. Among the bustle of gift-shopping frenzy and swerving the crowded streets, if you stand still for a second and just breathe in for a second you will feel the unique air of Zagreb in Christmas time. The boldness of a metropolis combined with the warmth of small town, Zagreb is one of the few European capitals that can offer this feeling. And AEGEE-Zagreb, in cooperation with the Find Europe Project Team, wants to share this with you.
In the true FE spirit, we have prepared a sophisticated Xmas cocktail of cultural content for our lucky guests.

Breakfast, registration, AEGEE speed course, pre-Christmas romp through Zagreb upper Town and Kaptol, dinner, party

Day Two, 15 Dec Thursday
Breakfast, trip to Samobor - the hometown of the famous «kremsnite» cake, a musem trip, ice-skating, dinner, party

Day Three, 16 Dec Friday
Breakfast, a cable-car trip to Medvednica mountain, Croatian lesson on situ, lunch, free afternoon, dinner, European night

Day Four, 17 Dec Saturday
Breakfast, «špica» - coffee in the Zagreb center, departures

We have prepared THE pre-Xmas event you should attend. In four days packed with all the must-see sights, museum visits, trips out of town, games, and partying, you will not only get a broad picture of the local culture and its variety of Christmas joy and spirit.  Having spent these intense four days in Croatia's nerve centre you  will also leave with an intimate understanding of what it is like to live in Zagreb, what makes the local people tick and what are their most well-kept treasures.

Many people, several cultures, one project...

A Find Europe event is a high quality cultural European event aimed at transferring to participants a deep knowledge on the place where it is held, on the customs and traditions of the local people, developing in participants intercultural senility and understanding. In particular, a Find Europe event should preferably be organized in time converging with special and traditional happenings in order to give to AEGEE members the chance to participate in them as well.

Find Europe is not the usual project, this is the way to brake down stereotypes, way to show to the "strangers" who we really are, way to share our cultural heritage with the Europe. If we understand the way out neighbors live, we will realize how multicultural and complicated Europe is, and than, maybe, we will learn how to be more tolerant, open minded and how to live together under the one European roof.
