Today we, the CD and the Network Commission are going to "distract" you for
a very serious reason.
1.ACTIVITY REPORTS AND 2.FINANCIAL REPORTS 2005
1st of February is the deadline for both the reports that all the locals
according to the CIA should fill. Those reports are used for the network
database and the archives of AEGEE-Europe. So it is very important that all
the locals fill them in. We know that filing reports especially several
times per year is not the best thing but we look forward for your
co-operation also that time.
You can find the:
1. Activity report you can find here:
http://www.karl.aegee.org/network.nsf?OpenDatabase then click activity
report. The page expires after 45 minutes so please first make up your mind
on what you are going to write and then start writing fast. If the page will
expire you will have to write from the beggining again. (It happened to me
twice last year). Maybe it's a good idea to prepare everything in a word
file and then copy paste (kasias idea from last year)
For any questions regarding the AR refer to your Network Commissioners or
to me [log in to unmask]
2.The financial report you can find here:

Don't use the online file for Financial report but the Excel file provided
by Audit Commission on the link i just gave you.
