Dear Network and WG,
The Audit Commission would like to remind that there are only three days left for sending the Financial Reports 2005. So do not hesitate and send us the report. The time is ticking and the deadline is closer and closer. It’s 1st February 2006. All the antennas are obliged to send the financial report to the Audit Commission. For not sending we reach out for the other solution much more repressive:)
Why this is so important and necessary for AEGEE-Europe?
First of all it will show how much money is floating in the network. The reports are helpful so try to get some grants and subvention from UE. This also a kind of calculation for the CD which shows money transfer.
Comparing the last year we add two extra questions which will help to check the fee system in the locals. For those who already have read the information and for the rest who haven’t heard about the report yet.
We create a special formula in EXCEL which is easily to fill in. The Excel file is available online under the link below on aegee.org. To download the file you need to be logged in.
