"Golden Fox" - AEGEE Ski week 2006

 

 

 

 

Youīll get 7 unforgetable days of pure winter fun, skiing and enjoying the snow in one of the famous ski slopes in the world.

 

The happening will take place at the Pohorje Mountain (http://www.pohorje.org/pozimi_ENG/) in Slovenia near the city of Maribor (http://www.maribor.si/). The Ski slopes are so diverse that here both children and adults alike can learn the skiers ABC, or the best skiers of the world can race down in to the valley on the every year world cup skiing race-Golden fox race for women (http://www.goldenfox.com/eng/index.jsp). There are many snow guns and the longest night ski slopes in this part of Europe (7km). 

 

You will be able to either ski or board here, so anybody who likes snow boarding, should feel free to come too!
 
If you donīt have any skiing-equipment, you will be able to rent some here. Also the skiing/boarding school wiil be organized for beginers.
 
The application deadline is the 20.1.2006, so in a few days later, we will inform you if you have been selected to participate in our event.

- 5 daily tickets for skiing (also night skiing under reflectors) + transportation to ski slopes(bus)

- 2 meals per day

- sledding with traditional bobsleigh called īpokī
