Dear AEGEE-People,

I want to propose you an important challenge to organize an event different respect the others but really important for the future of our GREAT association.... the PRES2, The PUBLIC RELATIONS EUROPEAN SCHOOL!!!

Below you can find more informations:

Hi AEGEE World ;),

After a long, long silence the next PRES2 will take place again in late February/ early March 2006.

Would you like to hold it in YOUR local? Then go on reading!!!

The PRWG and the Academy invites you to sit down together with other members from your local and ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS:

1. Are you REALLY willing to organise a training event?
2. Do you have good logisitics possibilities for accomodation, meals, etc?
3. Are you full of energetic and motivated members, breathing AEGEE spirit :) ?
4. Are you looking forward to cooperation with other AEGEE bodies?

If your answers are afirmative, then YOU ARE READY TO TAKE THE CHALLENGE TO ORGANISE THE NEXT PRES2!!!!!!!!!

What does it mean organising a PRES for the Antenna in charge?!

First of all it is a wonderful opportunity for any local to contribute to the formation of the future PR specialists of AEGEE (at least CD level :)).

  Second of all, it is a great chance to promote your local within the network, since all the participants and staff will remeber the great job you did!

Thirdly, it's a huge learning experience in terms of organisation for any local, be it big or small.

And last, but not in the least, it is the perfect means to motivate your members by living the exhilarating atmosphere of a PRES!

In return the organising  local is responsible expected:

- to provide for adequate accomodation for the participants and staff members (lodging and catering);
- to take care the necessary logistics for the training programme (rooms for lectures and technical equipment);
- to prepare a SUPER and exciting social programme;
- to support the participants that need visa by providing them with the necessary documents (invitation letter)
- within the budget reimburse the trainers' travel costs (partially or totally)

You will also have to keep a close contact with the PRES 2 Manager, Virag Szabo and the Boards of the Academy and PRWG, which will support as much as you need in your work.

SO IF YOU THINK YOU ARE THE LOCAL WE NEED FOR THIS EXCELLENT TRAINING EVENT

Apply by 1st of June, 24.00 hours at
