Dear AEGEE
friends,
I'm here again! :-) First of
all, I realise that in my previous e.mail I made a "little" mistake : of course
I guess LIASON officer and not
Liasoin... It was a lapsus calami! :-) Now I
want to ask you a question? Do you
want to organize an european event with not many participants in order to
give visibility to your local? If the answer, as I
hope , is YES... then I have a interesting proposal... The
organization of the next PUBLIC RELATIONS
EUROPEAN SCHOOL 2 !!!
Below you can find more
usual informations in the e.mail sent by Basak on the AEGEE L...
AEGEEfully
yours,
Your
Dino

If your answers are

!!!!!!!!!
What does it mean organising a PRES for the Antenna in
charge?
First of all it is a wonderful opportunity for any local to
contribute to the formation of the future PR specialists of
AEGEE.
Second of all, it is a great
chance to promote your local within the network, since all the participants
and staff will remember the great job you did!
Thirdly, it's a
huge learning experience in terms of organisation for anylocal.
And last,
but not in the least, it is the perfect means to motivate your members by living
the exhilarating atmosphere of a PRES!
In return the organising local is
expected to be responsible for:
- providing adequate accommodation
for the participants and staff members (lodging and catering);
- taking care
of the necessary logistics for the training programme (rooms for lectures and
technical equipment);
- preparing a SUPER
and exciting social programme;
- providing the necessary documents
(invitation letter) who need visa
- within the budget (if possible)
reimbursing the trainers' travel costs
(partially or
totally)
You will also have to keep a close contact with the PRES 2
Manager, Virag Szabo and the Boards of the Academy and PRWG, which will support
as much as you need in your work.
SO IF YOU THINK YOU ARE THE
LOCAL WE NEED FOR THIS EXCELLENT TRAINING EVENT
Apply by 10th of June, 24.00
