Dear neighbours :)
  AEGEE Beograd proudly presents

  Bricks in the Visa Wall
  9th – 13th November, Belgrade, Serbia
  www.aegee-beograd.org.yu/visawall

  - Analyzing the effects of the current EU countries’ visa regimes on non-EU countries
  - Discussing the difficulties in the student mobility caused by the current visa regime
  - Seeking out the concrete solutions to be proposed to the EU officials
  - Producing a Final Document – policy paper to be handed out to the European Commission

As a part of the flagship project “Take Control”, the seminar in Belgrade will gather the necessary information on what obstacles students and young workers face when trying to travel throughout Europe based on their geographical background only.

Joins us and make a change!

Discussing the possible solutions for the ongoing problem will enhance the students and young workers mobility in regions like South Eastern Europe, where students and young workers do not get a chance to travel abroad merely because of the over-complicated visa obtaining procedure.

Participation fee for the seminar is:
40 euro (for participants coming from EU countries)
35 euro (for participants coming from non—EU countries)
The participation fee covers accommodation, 3 meals per day and social program every evening
Travel reimbursement is available under following terms:
Participants’ travel expenses will be reimbursed up to 50% (in maximum amount of 100 euro).
All participants will be awarded certificates of attendance on the grounds of their contribution to the project.

To enter the selection procedure for one of 30 places at disposal, please
  answer the following questions:

  1. What are the positive and the negative sides to facilitation of the visa regime for the visa needing countries?
  2. To who or to which institutions you think should be addressed the request for the facilitation of the visa regime?
  3. Please describe the most negative experience you had or have heard of when regarding visas?
